I just want an explanation for the whole "Spirituality is a demonic deception" argument Christian's always talk about.

Christian's always say spiritually and mediation, AP, etc, is all just a deception from demons or Satan. They always tell us to "accept Jesus into our hearts" and "follow Jesus, follow Jesus, follow Jesus." But they never tell us or explain what it is exactly that we are suppose to follow. Because I know that almost every person who meditates or astral projects is a person who wants to spread peace, love, and happiness and they only want to share their experiences. I also know that Jesus Christ was out in the desert for 40 days and nights by himself, and when he came back, he basically just told everyone to love each other and follow his teachings. The only explanation is that he was mediating it seems like to me.
