Can't rename iPhone

I got a company issued iPhone 7, and I restored my personal backup on it...but I can't change the name. My OCD is going to bug me that it says Brian's iPhone 6S. Apparently my IT support said these come from Apple, custom specc'd for us, and they can't change it. Any ideas?
