How Bad is the Kozmo vs True Draco Match-up?

I've been playing kozmo's for a bit and besides True King Dino's, True Draco feels like my worst matchup. It feels like if they sacrifice monster ant trap, it's almost impossible to get over with kozmo's. Is there any way i just can't think of to get over it, because even if I get Utopia Lightning out, I can't kill it twice. Any feedback would be appreciated.
