RSVPs

I have realized that the "We have reserved ___ seats in your honor section" might confuse me with families with children as in, what if they don't want to bring their kids or if they do. Anybody who has used this style RSVP, was it confusing or did the guests figure out how to make it clear? I've linked a screen shot of them. They've already shipped O.O
