[TOMT] Movie about a stressed out/crazy office worker?

I remember watching a small scene from it-it was about an office worker who got laid off and felt like the company screwed him over. He ends up going on a rampage including robbing some burger place over a burger. Anyone know the name? Thanks in advance!
