Bragi Dash Pro and Starkey Review

Review

Here is my review on the Bragi Dash Pro customized by Starkey:

Fitting: First of all, it feels cool to set up an appointment at an audiologist doc, go in there and get molded. It is pretty fast and painless. They put a glue-like substance in your ears, wait for it to cure, and the mold of your ear canal comes out.

I waited about 2 1/2 weeks from day of mold until I got a call from my doctor saying the Bragis were in. I went and got fitted to ensure everything was as expected.

My doctor took the time to explain how to clean them, exchange the ear tube protectors, etc.

The Box: In the box you get the Bragis, the cable and interchangable ear protector tubes. Since these DashPros dont come with ear tips, they have these white-tiny little rings to protect the Dash and your ears.

Sound: The sound is AMAZING! I owned the original Dash and the sound is 100% better. The bass is rich, the volume is crisp and the way they fit to my ear, naturally, is amazing.

Since they sit perfectly, you feel no pain from having them inside for hours AND the sound is that much better, since the headphone goes deep inside your ear.

Bluetooth: For all of those reading this who own the original Dash... the bluetooth connection is... PERFECT!!! I can have my phone on any pant pocket, even backpack and the sound is as if I were wearing wired headphones. FINALLY BRAGI (thanks to Starkey), THANK YOU!!!!!!

Cons: Although the bluetooth connection is perfect... these new headphones still drop when on a call. Also, people on the other side either say I sound like I was in the room and others say I sound as if I were a robot. I am hoping a firmware update may fix this?

Overall, I am incredibly happy with my new custom fitted Bragi Dash Pro. Worth the $500??? I think so, yes.
