Digital manga service?

I was wondering if a service for buying manga in english digitally existed. I'll occasionally see manga that had stopped scans because they were being serialized in English. However I have no idea where to find those official English series. I'm not particularly interested in physical copies either. So I'd thought I'd ask if there was a digital manga service.
