expand with the community,hi-rez

on this subreddit im seeing a lot of champion and skin suggestions, how about make it like payday and on the champion and customize screen add a page called "COMMUNITY" this will be the page where champions, skins, emotes, mvp poses etc etc.are added made from the community.it can and will be interesting and i honestly cant see any harm in adding this (unless the champions are op but then again hi-rez will make sure they're balanced through buffs/nerfs)
