Is it just me, or was the penultimate episode way more emotional than the finale?

Besides the gang getting back together, I thought episode 22 had way more emotional moments! Jim confessing his love for Pam, Dwight realizing his love for Angela, etc. I actually thought that was the finale until I realized there was another episode left.
