Lets discuss what could i do with a 5k facebook group.

I don't really know if this the right reddit forum, but i was looking for some advice on how to monetize my group, or at least do something with it. Right now it has about 5000 people, people chat, trade goods there nothing special, local Lithuanian group for every one. Is there any thing i can do with it to make a profit? If some one with knowledge about this could push me to the right direction or give me some advice, i would be really thankful.
