looking for pointers - mental health of partners of alcoholics

hi, a close friend has had a serious long-term relationship (almost going into marriage) with an alcoholic. he was an alcoholic long before the relationship but she didn't really notice (she thought it was just a bad habit in heavy drinking). she supported him for over 2 years but he could never get sober. she eventually called it quits, but now (8 months later) she struggling with a sense of low-self worth, lack of purpose and identity, and trust issues. Also, she still feels empathy for a guy that has openly told her she "stressed" him out into drinking. She feels like she is still trapped by his addiction and nobody is really aware of how hard it still is for her. I am getting worried about her mental health, as she is losing trust in herself and in others and has expressed some suicidal thoughts recently. Does anyone have any pointers in what kind of psychologist to look for that specializes in this kind of issue? any online group? anything really? thanks.
