Any guide for which episodes in the Anime are worth watching?

So I'm going through One Piece, just finished the Alabasta Arc, which was Amazing! I've mostly been reading through the Manga while occasionally switching to the anime depending on mood. As I'm sure has been pointed out here many times I've noticed that the anime is of... lesser quality, mostly in terms of pacing. However that doesn't mean its not without its moments. Basically I would love if someone can give me a list of "good" episodes where they kick the animation up to high gear for some epic shit or if any of the filler is worth watching.
