Unable to get an interview since moving to new area.

I moved to the south a couple years ago and since have been unable to get a single interview based on my resume.

Please share your thoughts on changes or even a complete revamp.

Things not listed but could:

• I was an IT in the Navy.
• Have industrial experience. Worked in almost every Oil Refinery in SoCal.
• I can operate some heavy equipment.
• I was assistant PM for OC's premier landscape design company at 23. link. Only left to start my own land development consulting biz.

I have even thought of adding a photo. I sometimes feel that my resume makes me look older than 36.

Just an FYI - I have no education. I have taken some classes here and there but I have no degree and although I have a GED I never made it past the 10th grade.. So I leave education out for a reason.

I need your help Reddit..... I am literately digging ditches just to eat.. HELP!!!
