Didn't TRIM SSD for 4 years

I felt that my drives were getting slower so I checked the disk speed and it's more than 2x slower than when they were new. I looked it up and only then found out about TRIM.

If I understand correctly, it only cleans up "blocks" when you delete something after TRIM is enabled right?

So is there something that can clean up those blocks that before TRIM was enabled? Or do I need to re-format the drives.

And is this "trim enabler" app good?

I have 2 Corsair Neutron GTX SSDs in raid 0 btw
