The Buildings at the Beach

Can anyone confirm that all the buildings in the shots are correct for the time period. Some of them might be 20s and 30s modernism but something doesn't click in some places. Some details seem just wrong and I have the impression that some things were overlooked.

Which might be just an impression and might not be.
