Missing Skyrim Immersive Creatures-DLC2.esp

So I just got High Level Enemies SIC edition and now I'm apparently missing this file. I never had this when I only had immersive creatures but when I installed SIC Edition for HLE all of sudden I'm missing this. I have all DLCs. Fix?
