Any good guides on living cheap?

Ive been granted a 6k maintenance loan. Subtracting rent and allowing a bit to be put away for textbooks/travelling a bit, it gives me £50 a week, or just over 7 quid a day. This doesn't sound impossible to live on, but I wondered if you guys had any recommendations on eating somewhat healthily on this low an amount. My family won't be helping me with finances.
