Bacon Bits & Pieces: What to do

I'm a big proponent of eggs, bacon and potatoes in the morning, and I'd been eyeballing the bacon bits and pieces package at the store for years. I finally gave in and bought it, but it's actually pretty inconvenient to cook these bits for breakfast. They're mostly small and thick, with a bunch of stringy slices just to mess up any consistency. Are there any good recipes anyone can recommend that would a better use for these bits of bacon?
