Question for EVGA FTW3 owners

Hey,. I just got a FTW3 yesterday. I think it may have a a bad fan. I heard a clunk when they first started up, like maybe the fan had slack on when it first ramped up.

Anyway when I go into the Precision XOC software and manually control the 3 fans, the Power and Memory fan sound the same and when i go from 0 to 100% fan speed and click apply they ramp up instantly. However the GPU fan doesnt seem to be as loud and when i go from 0 to 100 it take a second or so before the fan starts to spin up.

Do you guys happen to know if this is normal? I would guess no, but considering this is a different design from anything ive used in the past i figured i would check before I send it back.
