[Q] Have i been keylogged?

Hey guys, today i plaed like 2 MM games.

I quit CS, checked reddit,internet...

I didnt logout from steam as I almost never do that.

WHen i wanted to accept on tradeoffer on PC, i clicked on green notification,it just sent me an error, i dont remember exactly what it was, something like im not logged well on this PC. I said whatever, ill try to turn on CS. The sync error popped up saying that CS on this computer isnt synced with steam cloud. i clicked on play game and ingame i got that error whn u dont see you medals and rank and if u click inventory something pops up and no of your items in inventory.

I turned off CS, tried to logout from steam and again steam sync error, it started to load smth (i think it was syncing Steam Cloud?). when end now button was available i just slapped it, i logged out and immediatly logged back in. I turned on CS?everything was OK,i had medals,rank and inventory. In game however, i realized i have totally new crosshair and also netgraph was turned on, i was never using that.

Can anyone tell me if i got logged in some way or could something force the game to change my crosshair and set netgraph on? Where should i change my passwords( i mean mail,steam?). Cause my friend got scammed like this,they logged into his phone sent his recovery code and sent away all his skins.
