Just need to rant/cry

My FH is in a band, and they're all really close. They decided we should book a weekend away for all of them with partners (there are 6 of us, 4 in the band, 2 partners).

Now my aunt just called out of the blue and said she's getting married that same weekend in October - I only found out she was dating a few weeks back, and had joked that we couldn't invite him to the wedding because we were already over budget/capacity!

We've already sunk some money in to this weekend away already, and have more to go in September for it - I can't justify losing that amount of money. At the same time, it's my aunt (no relation, but has been a constant in my life).

I don't know what to do, because I've already committed to something, and now this has come out of the blue. I feel so selfish that I'm literally sobbing and wondering why she had to pick that weekend of all weekends. The weekend away and her wedding are about 6 hrs away from eachother, and the wedding is on a Saturday.

I'd have to pay for the holiday whatever I do, and deal with FHs band's upset that I'm cancelling (they're all really close, and would take it as a snub - I've already had silence on their front because I said no kids and one couple has one).

I guess I'm more trying to rant to get it out my distance more than anything - I can't justify the wedding when I've already committed to so much money for the weekend away. I'm guess I'm just feeling sorry for myself, but thank you for reading this!

TL;DR aunt is getting married with no warning but I've already booked a non-refundable ( I still have to pay more) weekend away with FHs band that weekend (October). Feeling sorry for myself, and crying due to guilt of missing her wedding
