[S6E9] Jon Snow and the Battle of the Bastards

In the Battle of the Bastards, when Jon is standing in the space between the two armies and the two armies charge at each other, all of the cavalry ride straight passed him, all the arrows miss him, despite several hitting his horse and as far as I can tell, almost no one directly attacks Jon Snow at all and those that do are intercepted by a horse or another soldier before the attacker reaches him. And apart from the crush, comes out of the battle completely unscathed.

When I first watched it, I thought his resurrection might have activated some sort of "invisibility" cheat or something.

Is this significant? Or am I just seeing things that aren't there?
