529 for online graduate certificate: qualified education expenses?

If I want to start a graduate certificate program (being enrolled half time, so eligible) by contributing to a 529, then immediately turning around and distribute to pay for tuition, that seems straightforward.

I'm trying to figure out which expenses I can "get away with". It looks like, because my remote room and board aren't required by the institution in my package, that's not qualified. How about paying for internet? Or is it literally just what the school bills me for?
