NMD too tight

Just bought my first NMD's and I find them really tight, especially around my toes. My feet are pretty wide. Here is a picture of my new shoe (red line is where my toes are) http://imgur.com/a/cDfOG I got EU size 38. Should I swap for 38 2/3 (this is the size that comes after 38) or will it get loose after awhile?
