Eyebrow re-piercing time frame

I had two eyebrow piercings (in the same eyebrow) almost a year ago, however my piercer was fairly incompetent and it didn't go well. The first red flag was that it bled EVERYWHERE. There was literally blood running down my face.

I've already had to take one of them out because it wasn't healing and would bleed regularly long after it should have healed past that point, but the other one isn't looking too good either. Today I took it out to give it a thorough clean because, without going into too much detail, it has a tendency of getting pretty gross around the point that the bar and the ball join. It began bleeding pretty badly the moment I took it out, and due to the piercing being kind of misaligned (somehow), putting it back in resulted in a blood blister around the upper end. I think it's probably better to let it heal at this point, but my eyebrow piercings were definitely my favorite in terms of appearance despite the trouble I've had with them, so I was wondering if anyone could give me an approximate time frame between taking it out and being able to get it re-pierced, obviously by a much more trustworthy piercer.
