Vegetarian-friendly KBBQ restaurants?

Hear me out before you respond "doesn't exist." My sister's visiting and insists on getting Korean barbecue before she leaves.

Thing is, I'm vegetarian. The last time I joined a group for Korean barbecue, my only option was a $12 soup that was so thin it was practically water. Didn't even come with free refills.

All I'm looking for is a place that has at least one vegetarian option without meat or fish. Any suggestions that aren't BCD Tofu House?
