Good Private Servers?

I miss InfiniteAion, and something similar would be best, but massively inflated exp/drop rates are fine too. From my search, I found GamezAion, is it decent? I'd want convenience/logical changes made - for example, skinning plate on cloth. I'd also want it to be more accessible, so I don't have to spend forever to just get a damn stigma. The patch doesn't matter, but I'd prefer 3.0 and under.

Thanks.
