After spray apinting my 3ds i noticed that some of the paint feels really soft and can be dented by the smallest touch.

I tried to fix a section of my 3ds where i had painted to much and it wasnt level so i stripped that section and tried to paint over it with enough layers to fill in the gaps. Now the paint feels really soft and the gaps are even filled.
