Is there an official/unofficial adapter to use an Xbox 360 standard mic on Xbox One?

My dog recently ate my Xbox One mic, but I have a few Xbox 360 headsets. Preferably, I'd like to get adapters so my wife and I can both use mics without buying new Xbox One mics. Anyone know of an official/unofficial solution?
