[BUILD HELP/READY] Looking for suggestions on a $2-3k machine for computing

Build Help

###Build Help/Ready:

Have you read the sidebar and rules? (Please do)

Yes

What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.

Running lots of CPU code, kinda like computing/a server. Looking for as good of a CPU as possible, a bit of RAM (but extendable if needed), and some 'good' GPU options at various prices.

What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?

$2000-3000. If any part is crucial to improving CPU power significantly, I'd consider upto $3000, but other than that, minimizing cost is good.

In what country are you purchasing your parts?

USA

Post a draft of your potential build here (specific parts please). PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Notes & questions I have:

Time: I need this ASAP, ie: built in a week, so I'd prefer Amazon Prime parts, and can't wait for the i9s and stuff

CPU: I'm looking for the best possible CPU, but I need each individual thread to be sufficiently fast too (ie: server CPUs generally lack that).

Cooler: No clue, open to recommendations?

RAM: Looking for ~32 GB to start with

Motherboard: No clue where to start

Storage: Pretty set on the current set-up, would look at alternatives for the same sizes though.

Video card: Open to almost anything. Ideally I'd need atleast a mid-high tier graphics card, but I'm willing to go with a lesser one and add a better one in later.

Case/Power Supply/Wired/Wireless Adapter: No clue, open to recommendations

Also, I'm a newb, let me know if I've forgotten anything that I will need. EDIT: Note, aesthetics are unimportant, ideally something inconspicuous is the best.
