Just had my wisdom teeth removed and worst experience I've ever had

I had 4 wisdom teeth removed today and 5 hours later, I'm still bleeding and numbness of my lips and cheeks slowly going away. Near the end of my procedure, i think the anaestesia and I began to feel the pain of he final tooth removal. Wasn't crying but I pray I never have to go through this again. You guys have any tips on things I should and shouldn't do right now?

Edit: having huge bouts of nausea, how can I get rid of it? Only got pain meds and antibiotics
