Will you ever answer questions regarding missing coins?

I have seen many posts on this subreddit asking about missing coins on supported exchanges. Will there ever be an answer to them? Or should I use another tool to trade these coins?

And do you have any news regarding release of support for more popular exchanges like bittrex?

Thank you.

P.S. love your service :)
