Cannot reset BN password and log in to official forums.

Well, hello.

Some people may know me from official forums where I do usually dwell. However, now I'm here for a simple reason.

I can't log in to official forums.

If you've seen me on forums or ingame you may know me as guy who is rather emotional but always trying to be nice. And always supportive to CPG. But now I'm close to becoming Hulk.

Now I somehow became logged off from official forums, and it happened that I forgot password that I used when I created Bandai Namco account. Note, that official forums are now only available through BN account. So I requested a password reset. And now the bullsh*t happens.

No e-mail guiding me through reset procedure was sent to me. I contacted the BN support team to solve the issue and was told that, quote, "We apologize that the title you are inquiring about is not currently available in the area/country you mentioned" since I'm in Russia. And that I may "feel free to share with us your concerns and we will forward your feedback to the appropriate internal contacts". WTF???

Fortunately, I'm using steam client, so my BN account is linked to steam already and I'm still able to play. But what if smth happens? I do not have any password I know to my BN account, and I may become even not able to play? It is more of an issue to me, since I have spent lots of money on the game (OK, by Russian standarts, but still), and now they even can't reset a password?

I do hope some CPG devs will read this and help me. I'm confused, even frustrated and very dissapointed. I hope community managers of CPG can help me. Since BN seems to be f*cked up beyond repair to me at the moment.
