No workers or shares w/ Claymore miner

Set up claymore miner for the first time and doesn't seem to be working, just getting a lot of this:

Here's my start.bat:

When it runs, seems my GPU is getting crushed because I can barely move the mouse. However will not show any active workers or shares but shows hash rate: http://ethpool.org/miners/79E22D602559B48dc6CF7F1Df12Fc75E9819BA39. I also tried dwarfpool and having same problem. What gives?
