Bad packet problem with my server. Looking for any sort of help

So i just started playing on PC last weekend and went through the process of making my own server and all that jazz, and everything was good. But now, I keep getting kicked shortly after I load in to the world with various reasons. The 2 main ones are incorrect header and badly compressed packets.

I have reset my router/ modem and computer, I checked my internet speed and it seems fine, and I did some research on Google to try to fix the problem as well. The ONLY suggestion I found was to change the max chunk settings. I changed the render distance and lowered graphics setting but it is still not working.

My PC is a couple year old iBuyPower that shouldn't have a problem. I am using WiFi. Earlier this week the server was working fine for me. I got kicked a few times, but it always let me right back in.

I'm guessing it is an internet problem butt I'm not having luck on Google. Anyo.e have a similar experience.?
