How do you tow a truck with no brakes?

Besides paying HUNDREDS of dollars for a tow truck (it would be over a 60 mile trip) what options do I have? I am interested in buying this truck, but the brakes don't work so a simple tow it behind the car with a rope would be a no-go. I've looked into renting an auto dolly from U-haul, but they wont rent you one if your car can't two 5000 lbs (mine's only rated to 3500). Is there any way to get this truck home?
