[Build] First time build low budget, help would be much appreciated

Hey, I'm looking to build a PC for around £250 ($320 ish) and I'd like some help, for the construction itself I can just watch a few videos but as far as parts go I don't really know too much so any advice there would be great too. The build in the sidebar is within the sort of range I'm looking at but as far as performance goes, what could I expect from a set up like that or one of a similar price range.

I've not done much footwork in terms of looking at parts yet so any suggestions would be great.

Also would've posted this in r/PCmasterracebuilds but it doesn't seem as active (maybe it is if you sort by new you nonce), if it would be more appropriate there just delete this.
