Question about CAWs in the Workshop

My apologies if this has been answered already, but I scrolled quite a ways without finding an answer. Also, maybe it's a dumb question.

I'm just wondering if CAWs I subscribe to in Workshop will be automatically updated when the creator updates them, or do I have to periodically check back to get the updated version?
