Looking for Rules and Mission Tokens [UK/WORLDWIDE]

Hey folks, I've gotten into X-wing to mostly play cinematic stuff with my friend but I've hit a small snag; I've gotten a lot of things second hand and they've come without tokens and rules. I've managed to track almost everything down but I'm still short of the following:

Rules inserts for Tantive IV, Hounds Tooth, Hired Guns

Mission Tokens and Campaign rules for Tantive IV

I've asked around but these are the last few things I need. Is there anyone who could offer, or tell me where to get, a colour scan of these inserts and booklets? I'm willing to pony up if need be.
