Hero concept for a Shimada Talon healer that solves a lot of problems

A secret teen Shimada sister evil Talon healer vampire dragon bat shapeshifter is the next logical step for the game. She fits perfectly in with the lore and gameplay.

Description and Lore

This hero is the lost third Shimada sibling, and the first Shimada sister. She transforms into a dragon bat and steals enemy health to heal allies like a vampire.

While Genji chose to work with Overwatch and Hanzo stays neutral, the Sister chose the missing side of the spectrum: the evil Talon organization. It makes sense as Talon clearly wants the Shimada crime empire on their side, evident in their attempts to convince Hanzo to join them in in-game conversations.

After Gabriel Reyes' fight with Jack Morrison that ended Overwatch, Talon found the Reyes that everyone thought was dead thanks to Sombra (she can see critical people and she knows stuff). The Sister used her nanobot swarm lifesteal technology to revive Reyes, just like Mercy revived Genji after his fight with Hanzo. This makes the Sister Talon's own Mercy, and explains why Reaper has the ghostly regenerating cells and lifesteal.

Appearance

The Sister should look like a japanese anime schoolgirl in a vampire dragon bat cosplay, like Hanzo's wolf cosplays. She should also be hypersexualized to sky high standards that strong independent women will never be able to meet.

Abilities

Primary fire rapidly sucks life energy / blood out of a targeted enemy in close to medium range. That life energy is stored as her ammo, and can be beamed back out with secondary fire into allies to heal them. Sucking life energy out of enemies may have a side effect of giving them a devastating case of depression that cripples their will to keep playing the game, just like Ana gives severe autism through her vaccines.

Ability 1 (shift) is a toggle with no cooldown that shapeshifts the Sister between human form and spirit dragon bat form. In bat form, the Sister is invincible and can fly by tapping jump to flap wings or holding to glide. The close to medium range life drain and healing is replaced by melee bites that suck blood and bloody bird poop bombs that heal instead.

Ability 2 (E) coagulates an enemys blood, slowing them by 90% until they die. Its applied just like Symmetras old shield, and her goal should be to have it active on every enemy all the time. This ability makes the Sister a counter to the dive meta while not being too OP.

The Ultimate (Q) is the opposite of Mercy's ultimate, to further strengthen the fact that the Sister is Talons own Mercy. Instead of reviving all dead teammates in the area, it kills all living enemies in the area. This should hopefully reduce the complaints about Mercy's rez being to powerful, as the Sister can either kill the people Mercy just rezzed, or just kill everyone including Mercy first. It will also lower the SR gains of Mercy one-tricks, another major complaint in the Overwatch community.

Her passive is knowledge of her brothers. During her youth she never got to play with the big boi Shimadas, the most picked heroes in the game. She instead watched them almost kill eachother over and over again from afar, and learnt their weaknesses. When playing against Genji she automatically makes him stab himself in the stomach and commit seppuku when he uses his dragonblade. When against a Hanzo, all bullshit scatter arrows will home onto Hanzo's own head and make him question his life choices even more.
