[Secret] Waiting for the right moment...

For a long time now, the Direction générale de la sécurité extérieure has been sleepily watching Brazil. Monitoring the activities. Gauging public opinion. DGSE has been known to wait years before even raising a hand.

After several years of waiting, of watching, DGSE has concluded that the time for operations in Brazil to commence is now.

Prior to the takeover of the fascists, DGSE had an abundance of honorable correspondants to report to them. However, until now, DGSE had to rely on it's personnel in the country to provide information. With the government's popularity at an all time low and with hushed talk of dissent amongst the people (particularly among the middle class, many of whom were found unemployed following the economic crash and with dead family members following the Officer-lead purge of the Brazilian army) DGSE now has potentially thousands of informants and supporters it can turn to.

DGSE must be careful, however, if it makes too much noise it will be caught. DGSE will make very slow, gradual work in gathering informants in all sectors of the Brazilian government, army, and higher workforce.

The Battle against Fascism comes down to the DGSE, we hope that they are successful.
