Dropping frames and jumping ping while recording?!

Hello! so i tried to record some Brawlhalla Gameplay and my Fps was sometimes drop to ZERO! (i can Record Skyrim, TF2 and other games on stabil 60 fps) and also what i had discovered it was also Throwing my ping up and down! Is this hapened to anyone else? if yes and know whats going on.. please help...
