iPad suggestion: make difficult to scale iPhone apps remain their iPhone size, but let the app float.

I was thinking, since Apple won't make a default weather, calculator, stock and voice memo app for the iPad due to scaling issues, why not use the unscaled iPhone app and let it float on top of other apps or in the home screen.
