How much district loot can I expect from treasury runs, amd which alert level is best for getting district loot?

On my way to get minotaur base. Current setup is ILT, laby/rift base. Have plenty of SCC and mobile charms, and LGS. District loots are at 431/463/600. Is it better to go for treasury hallways amd try to get up to a bunch of clues, or should I just do 3 seperate district runs?
