So, is PVP any good?

I can't find anything to do in this game, I mean if you don't LOVE grinding, there is actually nothing to do. Only thing I can imagine is PVP being great but when I look the abilities, only thing I see is "press x to deal y damage". I don't know if it can get tactical at all.

How is PVP, is it actually tactical? Can you kill people better geared than you?
