Question about shortcut kits

Hey everyone, I just bought the Recon Shortcut Kit for BF4 on PS4. I was under the impression that it would also give you all attachments for the sniper rifles also (The Recon Class Shortcut Kit contains all base game progression upgrades and specializations, and Sniper rifles) well I already had everything, except for all attachments for all Snipers, so I bought it... And I received literally nothing. Anyone have any idea of what to do, like should I ask for refund? Because it directly says “Base Game Progression upgrades" and I thought the attachments would also fall under that category....
