New glitch one Xbox one

So I played a few games this morning and while me and 4 others were searching for a game I was playing on my phone the next thing I hear is guys I think we got split up I look up to see that 3 out of the 5 players were not in the game that I was now loading into. After I lost that game because someone also left at the beginning so it was a 4v5 the entire match we squared up and started searching again and once we found a game it appeared that the other team had just suffered from this glitch because they only had 3 people for the whole game and when we beat them we received 0 elo. This is all while playing ranked.
