Want a 1080p 144hz beast for streaming and excellent playing without a hitch

The 280 card in the build is just a placeholder card till I can get a 1070 at a decent price. Give me some constructive criticism and maybe eve a build of your own. I'm planning on buying all these pieces relatively soon.
