Is it better to buy a Penny board, Scooter, or just walk to get around the university? Specifically Ateneo de Manila.

I don't mind walking at all but does it come off as smug or a show-off when using a scooter or penny board to get around the university? I don't need a car or motorcycle because I live super close to the place. If you guys do suggest the Penny board or Scooter, could you give me advice on where to buy them and for a god price?
