Ridiculous reservations

I've been at mall store about three months now and this is my first time running a high volume store but my reservation goals are huge and I'm starting to panic. I actually need like 12 reserves per day to hit my goal for destiny 2. Is there something I'm missing I have conversations with my team weekly trying to get them in track but it still feels like we're so far behind. Is there anything I can do to get them back on track.
